Request for goods return or exchange will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, and goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Customers are required to email us for product return and exchange arrangement.

Request for goods return or exchange will not be accepted if the goods are found used, altered or damaged due to improper use.

Customers are required to present the original sales invoice and credit card used for payment upon returning the goods in person our outlet in exchange for a new item of the same model. A third party requests will not be entertained

Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in “like new” condition in strict conformance with the basic return criteria above, the purchase price will be credited to the payment tool used for the original purchase.

All gift items (including Cash Coupon(s), Cash Discount Coupon(s)) must be returned together with the returned goods; otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from refund.
